Azure Solution Architect

My client is seeking an experienced Azure Solution Architect to join a leading organisation based in Dublin city centre on a 6+ month contract. The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable cloud solutions within a large enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and design of Azure-based solutions to meet business and technical objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to define cloud strategies and best practices.
• Ensure solution designs align with governance, compliance, and security standards.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience designing and delivering Azure solutions in large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge across infrastructure, platform, and container-based architectures.
• Skilled in networking, computing, storage, identity, automation, DevOps, and containerisation.
• Experienced in complex, multi-vendor enterprise settings.
• Azure Architect certification (or equivalent) preferred.
• Clear communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
